Return & Exchange Policy

At Glam Life Hair, we're committed to delivering high-quality luxury products. While our return rate is low, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.

We Accept Returns/Exchanges Within 7 Days If:

  • Hair is in its original condition:

    • Unworn, unopened, unwashed, and not tampered with

  • Product has not been installed, cut, brushed, colored, bleached, or altered

  • Return request is made within 7 days of delivery

We Cannot Accept Returns If:

  • Hair has been installed or altered in any way

  • Damage is due to custom color or stylist error

To Initiate a Return:

Contact us at info@glamlifehair.org with your order details. We’ll guide you through the process.

Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the error was ours (e.g. wrong item sent)

  • Use a trackable method—we are not responsible for lost or stolen returns

Refund Timing:

  • Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days


Shipping & Processing Policy

We aim to get your order to you quickly and efficiently.

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed in 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

  • This includes payment verification, quality checks, and packaging

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after processing

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days after processing (available at checkout)

Important Notes:

  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships

  • We do not ship on weekends or major holidays

  • Ensure your address is correct—we are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect information
