We Accept Returns/Exchanges Within 7 Days If:

Unworn, unopened, unwashed, and not tampered with

Product has not been installed, cut, brushed, colored, bleached, or altered

Return request is made within 7 days of delivery
We Cannot Accept Returns If:

Hair has been installed or altered in any way

Damage is due to custom color or stylist error
To Initiate a Return:
Contact us at info@glamlifehair.org with your order details. We’ll guide you through the process.
Return Shipping:

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the error was ours (e.g. wrong item sent)

Use a trackable method—we are not responsible for lost or stolen returns
Refund Timing:

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
